Ridley Kanzo Fast 2.0 Rival XPLR AXS
The new Ridley Kanzo Fast 2.0 takes the original Kanzo Fast concept and pushes it much further. It’s a proper gravel race bike, combining Ridley’s latest aerodynamic development with progressive geometry and clearance for tyres up to a massive 58mm.
That means you no longer have to choose between a fast, aero gravel bike and one capable of tackling rougher terrain. The Kanzo Fast 2.0 is designed to do both.
This Rival XPLR build is particularly impressive, with SRAM’s latest 1x13 wireless electronic groupset, a 10-46 cassette, Forza Skiron CG40 carbon wheels with DT Swiss 370 hubs, and Ridley’s beautifully integrated Forza Cirrus Pro flared cockpit.
Why we like it
The Kanzo Fast has always been one of the quickest gravel bikes around, but the 2.0 makes much more sense for the way gravel riding and racing has developed.
The big change is tyre clearance. With room for up to 58mm tyres, you can set the bike up for everything from fast UK gravel and mixed road riding through to genuinely rough gravel events. Bigger tyres give more grip, comfort and control without taking away from what makes the Kanzo Fast special – its speed.
Ridley has also carried over its latest aero thinking from the Noah Fast road bike. The frame, fork and integrated cockpit are all designed to reduce drag, making this a bike that really comes into its own when the speed goes up.
SRAM Rival XPLR 1x13
The latest SRAM Rival XPLR drivetrain gives you a simple, clean 1x setup with 13 gears and a wide 10-46 cassette.
Paired with a 42T chainring, there’s plenty of range for steep gravel climbs while retaining sensible gearing at the fast end. Wireless AXS shifting also keeps the cockpit incredibly clean and makes shifting quick and intuitive.

Carbon wheels as standard
This build comes with Forza Skiron CG40 carbon wheels, so there’s no immediate wheel upgrade required.
The 40mm-deep carbon rims give the bike an aero profile without going excessively deep for gravel use. They use proven DT Swiss 370 hubs and have a 23mm internal rim width.
They’re tubeless-ready and paired as standard with high-volume Vittoria Terreno T30 700x55c TLR tyres.
Integrated carbon cockpit
Up front is Ridley’s Forza Cirrus Pro integrated flared cockpit.
It gives the Kanzo Fast its extremely clean front end while the 16-degree flare provides extra control when riding in the drops on loose or technical terrain.
Cockpit dimensions vary according to frame size.
Frame & details
The Ultra High Modulus carbon Kanzo Fast frame features fully internal cable routing, integrated frame storage and 12mm thru-axles front and rear.
Despite its aerodynamic design, Ridley has managed to provide clearance for tyres up to 58mm, giving the bike considerably more versatility than you might expect from something this fast.
Finishing touches include a dedicated Deda aero seatpost and Selle Italia Novus Boost Superflow saddle.
