Individual Services

Wheel Build	50	Excludes spokes.
Headset Install	30	Extra charge for internal cable-routed headsets.
Gear Full Service	50	Drivetrain degrease, hot wax chain, and refit.
Brake Bleed	20	Price for one brake, including oil.
Full Gear Cable Replacement	20	Replace inner and outer cables. +£10 for internal (cables not included).
E-bike Diagnostic/Update	25	Basic diagnostic minimum charge. + time and parts for repairs.
Gear Indexing	20	Front and rear gear indexing.
Bar Tape, Mudguard, or Rack Fitting	15
Tube Change	10	Check tyre for thorns, fit new tube (+£12 for rear hub or e-bike). Tube not included.
Tubeless Setup	35	Price per wheel, includes tape, sealant, valves, and fitting.
Chain Fitting	20	Sizing and fitting of a new chain.
Cassette Fitting	15
Dropper Post Fitting	50	Fitting internal dropper and remote setup.
Spoke Replacement	20	Replacement of 1-2 spokes, includes wheel truing.
Invisiframe Install	180	Includes specific Invisiframe kit ordered in.
Warranty Admin Fee	50	For non-MULE Bikes customers.

Service Packages

Bronze Service (£45)

Drivetrain checked for wear, aligned, and adjusted (hanger alignment included).
Chain lubed.
Brakes checked for wear, aligned, and adjusted (disc or rim).
Tyres checked for damage, pressures set.
Headset checked for wear and adjusted.
Bar/Stem torqued.
Bottom bracket checked for wear.
Seatpost removed, seat tube greased.
Wheel alignment checked.
Torque checked on all Allen/Torx bolts.
Frame wiped down.

Silver Service (£89)

All Bronze service items included.
Test ride bike.
Complete drivetrain degrease using Smartwasher.
Check wheels for damage/wear, true wheels, check spoke tension, clean, and refit.
Clean and grease wheel skewers.

Race Service (£159)

All Silver service items included.
Remove bottom bracket, clean, regrease, and reassemble.
Remove forks and headset, clean headset cups, regrease, and reassemble.
New gear cables supplied and fitted.
New brake cables supplied and fitted.
Disc brakes bled.
Test ride bike.
