Our meticulous mechanics will assemble your bike and deliver it to you, ready to ride. There's no need to worry about a box – your bike will arrive fully assembled and adjusted. This service is provided at no extra cost for non-sale bikes and E-bikes valued over £2000 and is available for our entire bike range. For customers residing beyond the 100-mile radius, we can still arrange delivery at an agreed cost, or opt for free delivery using our trusted couriers. Your bike will be securely packed for transit and minimally adjusted to fit into a bike box. Detailed instructions will be provided to assist you in the final setup steps. Simply place your order on our website and expect our team to reach out to you in the following days to coordinate delivery. Bikes valued below £2000 can either be collected in-store or shipped via our courier service. If you have any inquiries, feel free to contact us.


If any purchased item proves unsuitable, you may return it for a refund, credit, or exchange within 30 working days of receipt. For mainland UK orders, we offer free exchanges. Included with your delivery, you will find a returns form and instructions. You have the option to arrange for collection or drop off the item at a local drop shop for added convenience.
