MULE Returns Terms & Conditions – In-Store & Online Sales
1. General
At MULE, we want you to love your electric bike as much as we do! These Terms & Conditions are here to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers, whether you purchase in-store or online. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
2.1 Change of Mind (In-Store & Online)

In-Store Purchases: We do not accept returns for used electric bikes if you simply change your mind. However, we’re always here to help you make the right choice before purchase.

Online Purchases: If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may return it for a refund, credit, or exchange within 30 working days of receipt. Returns for a refund are at the customer’s expense, but we offer free exchanges for mainland UK orders.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

All packaging should be intact and in good condition.

Items specially manufactured to your specifications cannot be returned without prior agreement.

Restocking fees may apply for boot and plate combos, subject to agreement for exchange.

All returns must include the sender's name, address, and reason for return.

MULE is not liable for undelivered returned parcels; please retain proof of postage.

Pre-loved/second-hand bikes are non-returnable due to their nature:

Second-hand bikes may show signs of use and are non-returnable for minor cosmetic marks.

We always encourage visiting MULE to inspect second-hand bikes in person if you’re unsure.

All second-hand bikes undergo thorough checks and servicing before leaving MULE.

Due to the costs involved in packing, servicing, and processing, second-hand bikes are non-refundable.

2.2 Faulty or Defective Bikes (In-Store & Online)

If something’s not right, let us know within 30 days of delivery or collection.

We will first attempt to repair or replace any defective components.

A refund or exchange will only be offered if MULE is unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

The fault must be proven and not due to misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
2.3 Returns under Warranty (In-Store & Online)

If an issue arises after the initial 30-day period, warranty claims will follow the manufacturer’s terms.

If covered under warranty, we will repair the item before considering a refund—this ensures you get back on the road as quickly as possible!
3. Warranty & Repairs

All electric bikes from MULE come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering major components (motor, battery, and frame) for a set period.

The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Order Cancellations (In-Store & Online)

In-Store Purchases: Once an order is paid for and taken home, it’s final. However, our team is happy to assist you in making the right choice before purchase.

Online Purchases: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

If an order has already been shipped, the customer may refuse delivery, but return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
5. Delivery & Collection (Online Purchases Only)

Orders are processed and shipped within the estimated delivery timeframe.

Customers can opt for in-store collection for online orders, subject to availability.

MULE is not responsible for damage caused during transit by third-party couriers, but we’re here to help resolve any issues.
