Returns:
If any purchased item proves unsuitable, you may return it for a refund, credit, or exchange within 30 working days of receipt. For mainland UK orders, we offer free exchanges. Included with your delivery, you will find a returns form and instructions. You have the option to arrange for collection or drop off the item at a local drop shop for added convenience. Returns for a refund are at your expense. Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Items must be returned unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
- All packaging should be intact and in good condition.
- Items specially manufactured to your specifications cannot be returned without prior agreement.
- Restocking fees may apply for boot and plate combos, subject to agreement for exchange.
- All returns must include sender's name, address, and reason for return.
- We are not liable for undelivered returned parcels; kindly retain proof of postage.
Pre-loved/second-hand bikes are non-returnable due to their nature:
- Second-hand bikes may exhibit signs of use and are non-returnable for minor issues or cosmetic marks.
- We recommend visiting MULE to inspect second-hand bikes in person if unsure.
- All second-hand bikes undergo thorough checks and servicing before leaving MULE.
- Packing, servicing, and communication efforts, along with card processing and shipping costs, render second-hand bikes non-refundable.
Returns under Warranty:
For items covered under warranty, returns after the initial 30-day period will be subject to our warranty terms. If a defect or issue arises after 30 days from receipt and is covered under warranty, we reserve the right to repair the item before offering a refund. This ensures that we can provide you with the best possible solution to address any concerns with your purchase.
